Is this a meme?

I'm not sure; it's basically a puzzle-map of Europe that keeps track of how well you place said items.

European Geography

I scored 31/45 countries correct, with an average placement error of 94 miles.

I never claimed to know much about geography.

i got 32/45 countries with an average error in placement of 74 miles
